However compared to the older Opti-Free Replenish and Opti-Free No-Rub, this is a major downgrade.With the older ones, I could wear my contacts all day. 8AM to Midnight. With this stuff my eyes start getting dry and tired around 8PM. Additionally, it is not a No-Rub solution. Lastly, the cap sucks. Within the past year, I have noticed my eyes are consistently getting dry towards the later hours of wear. Especially during long days at work 10+ hours, I can almost feel my contact sticking to my eyes. It got so bad that my eye doctor told me to wear contacts only 50% or less. It got to the point I started looking into LASIK or other forms of vision correction. I tried Pure Moist and found it was my solution to dry eyes. I've found the solution hydrates the lenses during storage and allows me to wear contacts for 10+ hours and my vision and comfort as the same during my 1st hour of wear. I've found that if I thoroughly clean the lenses with the normal Opti Free Replenish and store the lenses in this Pure Moist solution, it works the best. For some reason, this Pure Moist doesn't clean as well as the Replenish solution. It doesnt dry out my eyes, and it keeps my contacts super soft. I have very sensitive eyes and I like this product much more than the other solutions I've tried. Yes, the make up is there in the morning at the bottom of my case, but its not on my contact and I throw it out with the old solution. Works for me! |
